During your holidays with us, head chef Michael Regus and his team is caring for a balanced culinary experience.

 

Every morning we prepare a vital breakfast buffet with homemade specialties and many more for you which gives you a great start into the new day.

 

After an exciting day in the region of Franconia our service team led by Diana Regus takes you on a trip of joy through the culinary side of Franconia. Our creative kitchen team prepares a four course menu with different theme buffets such as starter and salad, strudel or dessert buffets for you. Every day you have the choice between three different main courses while one of them is typical Franconian and the other is vegetarian.

 

Of course we are also prepared to serve lactose and gluten free meals or other kinds of allergies on ingredients.
