Indulgence board
For our indulgence meal within in the framework of our feel-good half board we ask you to arrive at the restaurant between 6:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. We have a delicious buffet selection ready for you every day.
Late arrival
If you are in the restaurant until 7:30 p.m., we can offer you the complete evening meal. After that you are welcome to choose from our snack menu with bratwursts and cold dishes.
Within the indulgence board you can always choose a vegetarian dish as well. We also cater for any food intolerances you may have; you are welcome to inform us of this when you book your room.
The restaurant and bar area in our house close at 11:45 p.m..
Last possibility to order drinks is at 11:30 p.m.
Wellness areas
The swimming pool area "Schlössla" is accessible at all times.
Please note that the entire wellness area "Schlössla" is a quiet zone.
Summer opening hours outdoor pool: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Opening hours sauna area "Schlössla":
October to April 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
May to September 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturdays (all year round) 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Our family wellness area "Mattstein", as well as the infrared heat cabin there, are at your disposal 24 hours a day with your room key. For the free textile sauna in this area, please contact the reception desk.
Wellness on departure day
You are welcome to use the wellness areas free of charge until 6 p.m. on your day of departure. Please let us know at the reception desk.
Please take the sauna bag and bathrobe from your room and hand them in at the reception before your departure.
Room requests
If you do not request a specific room category in writing, we will reserve a room for you according to availability in one of the houses Stammhaus, Mattstein or Sonneck.
We always try to fulfil your wishes regarding room categories, floors or room numbers.
However, we ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee this.
If you are not able to take the stairs or if you wish another special feature to your room, please inform us in writing.
For example:
balcony/terrace (not all rooms have a balcony or terrace), bathtub/shower or adjacent rooms.
Room return / Cancellation
If something comes up and you are not able to start your journey, please let us know immediately. This must be in written form, because a phone call alone is not enough.
Up to 12 weeks before your arrival date, cancellation is free of charge.
After that we will try to resell the room in case of cancellation.
If we do not succeed in doing so, we will charge 80% of the accommodation price including breakfast as a cancellation fee.
The same applies if the room occupancy is reduced or changed without prior consultation with us (e.g. double room used as single room).
With a private cancellation insurance, you can insure yourself against almost all eventualities.
