We try to use predominantly regional products that make our Franconia so diverse.

On the contrary: many traditional dishes are vegetarian or even vegan.

And thus, during your vegetarian vacation in Franconia, we also offer you vegetarian alternatives in our 5-course evening meal every day.

Starting with our almost daily salad and starter buffet, which offers a wide selection of meatless dishes, to one of our daily changing main courses, which is always vegetarian-vital. And should there be nothing for you, we are happy to offer you alternative dishes on request.

 

Vegan

Every day our kitchen team offers a vegan 4-course meal as an alternative to the evening meal.

Of course, you can also help yourself to the salad and starter buffet.

The daily anti-pasti selection includes some vegan varieties.

Intolerances

Should you have a food intolerance or allergy, for example to gluten or lactose, then you can come to us and we arrange your vacation in Franconia in such a way that you must do without almost nothing!
