The house-guest restaurant in the Sponsel-Regus is divided into four rooms, each with their own character.
The heart of the restaurant is of course the buffet area, where the many themed buffets in the evening and also the morning vitality breakfast buffet take place.
Adjacent to the buffet area is the parlour with the characteristic fireplace in the middle. Right next door you can take a seat in the "Veilbronner Stube" in the newly designed area with trendy corduroy chairs or with rustic elm furniture.
In the Georgenstube near the reception, the large window fronts provide plenty of light and the panelling made of Franconian cherry wood determines the atmosphere of the room.
Adjacent is the rustic "Alte Gaststube" – the origin of the culinary Sponsel-Regus.
In former times this was the entire guest room that was available.
In the meantime, this area has been completely renovated and since then it has been furnished with real wood flooring in proper style.
From here you can reach the winter garden, which is completely suspended in summer. It creates a feeling of sitting on the terrace.
Whether for an aperitif before dinner or a nightcap after the meal, the "Alte Küche" is always the right place to go.
Especially in winter the wood fireplace in the old kitchen is fired. Enjoy your nightcap with a crackling open fire. A cosy bar character and Franconian furnishings characterize the charm of this room.
And as the name suggests: you are really sitting in the former kitchen, from which the Sponsel-Regus of today was created. Only the outlines are recognizable from that time and yet this room is still the heart of the house.
